👉Find positive sources for pleasure seeking to maintain the past pleasure level. Otherwise our brain wants the same level of pleasure through the previous patterns created.

💦SEROTONIN: pride, self-importance, gratitude, depression and loneliness are involved when high or low.
👉Vt D through Sun exposure or social activity can increase this level. ~
💦OXYTOCIN: the couple hormone. Intimacy, trust, and relationships involved.
👉E.g., Giving gifts, hugs or respect would increase this level. ~
💦ENDORPHIN: released in response to pain and stress and relieve anxiety. Increase euphoria. A sedative like a morphine.

Full day of Eating Malta : DAY 2. 🍳🍳 BREAKFAST 9:30am - I had 3 toast with beans and 2.5 slices of vegan cheese. Not the whole, less good looking plate of beans and cheese on toast was eaten (right side of the first collage) SNACK 2pm The left over 50g of the v sugary chocolate and a soy latte. It was made with real good soy milk & it went a little weird. Yum nevertheless! SNACK no.2 4pm: 500ml of soy milk - I was hella hungry and it was getting late LUNCH 4pm, yup soooo late! Omelette with veggies and a Maltese warm yummy crispy delicious bun and local made olive oil😍I don't usually eat white bread, but this was a must try! For dessert I had the huge soy latte in the middle - iced this time☕️ DINNER 8:40pm I wasn't going to eat any more after the omelette because of the white bun I had and thought it was a bit of a treat so I should save myself. But I was hungry after my workout and decided to have a healthy dinner of fish and broccoli. I didn't have the fish on the right and stuck to cod, which is rich in omega 3 fatty acids and protein! Just what you need after a swim! Felt so much better than if I had fasted till the morning.🌞 Moral of the story? Always. Listen. To. Your.
