3 x 110kg (243lbs). PR! But uh my poor back. Last week I did 2x110kg and my back was as straight as it can be. And I thought I could try to do 3x110kg this week. I didn't have anyone to watch me lift yesterday. So I just saw that my back wasn't straight after I did this set. I think I was just too sore from the days before. Or maybe I just wasn't concentrated enough. My hips rised a little early. But I don't really know. It felt so easy. This is what confuses me. Normally I always feel when my back starts to round.

Just a quick snippet of my mobility/positioning training.
I do this sort of training twice a week to practice the patterns and feels of being in certain positions. I've been doing this for about 4 months now and can finally get the whole routine together without stumbling. I hope to be able to hold that form for longer and with less shakes in the coming weeks.

Long time no update! Finally finished exams though and I’m keen to start showing my journey throughout my final month of bulking and competition prep starting in January 🙌 Weighing about 90kg here (180cm) eating around 5000 calories per day, and I’ve been making some great progress in training as of late, despite a few minor injuries. Хочу выразить благодарность @bp825pro за организацию турнира "Железная нация". Да пусть и были небольшие недостатки с помостом и разминкой. Но все было четко по регламенту, минимум задержек, все четко по потокам, ассистенты работали без промедлений, награждения долго ждать не пришлось, судили очень хорошо без подсуж иваний. Поэтому я немного удивлен поведением некоторых участников. Ребята выделили призовой фонд, пусть и не большой, вам дали возможность хоть немного отбить затраты, а вы еще и недовольны остались... На данный момент, из своего опыта выступлений в Украине, по организации могу выделить UPC и UPA, все стараются делать на достойном уровне!
