Сегодня решил разделить приём на 2 раза т.е. по 0,25 ед до и после тренировки. Конечно на много другие ощущения во время тренировки!!! Multi joint exercises are by far the best glute building exercises (deadlifts, squats, lunges) Stop wasting your time relying solely on movements such as glute kick backs and donkey kicks etc. to 'target' your glutes.
Glutes contain a mixture of muscle fibres so should be trained at various intensities/ rep ranges.
Single leg, multi joint exercises are a great way to target the posterior chain (split squats, lunges, step ups). If you want to isolate the glutes go heavy and high volume with barbell glute bridges.
Finally...... when training glutes and posting your workout vids online......do you have to position the camera there?? We get it.....you're training glutes...but show us from an angle where we can learn and observe correct form and proper execution of the movement. Just a thought 😂 👌
