TRANSFORMATION // well into my off season and 7 months post Arnold Classic. I am not going to lie, choosing to go off season for a long period has not been easy for me, but I feel it is the best way to allow my body to build necessary muscle and improve my overall physique and symmetry. .
Being a completely natural athlete can be hard at times it can be challenging and it can certainly play a lot of tricks on your mind but it can also be extremely rewarding knowing that you've built all the muscle naturally and have sculpted your body into the best version of itself through work and lots of food.
This is two years of bodybuilding / sculpting. This really has taught me that scale weight means very little and what the scale reads may not necessarily reflect how we actually look.
My body composition now is so different and also body fat % from 2015 to now is down yet scale weight up by 8kg. My food intake these days is far higher than its ever been 3000 Cal+ and training weights 5-6 times a week with 1 HIIT.

A different style of session today. Increasing rep ranges to 15, hitting at least 5 sets and really focusing on the squeeze and contraction of the muscle! Lats feel tight! 👌🏼
